When you want to use default layout, you can change the this settings.

1. Blog Layout
2. Blog Grid Column.
3. Author Name Show /Hide.
4. Date Show /Hide.
5. Category Show /Hide.
6. Post Content Show /Hide.
7. Read More Button Text
8. After All Changes To click Publish Button
